This high-temperature cart-type lifting furnace features temperature control accuracy and furnace temperature uniformity of ±1℃, with an adjustable heating rate of 1-40℃/min. Silicon carbide rods are vertically installed on both sides of the furnace chamber. The loading platform has a load capacity of 300-500Kg and is lifted by manual hydraulic operation. The double-layer air-cooled furnace body has a temperature of ≤45℃ and is resistant to acid and alkali corrosion.
The electric furnace is covered by a one-year free warranty; heating elements are not covered.
