Our laboratory tube furnaces are designed to provide stable and uniform heating environments for a wide range of experimental needs. Available in multiple configurations—including single-zone, multi-zone, split-type, and vertical-loading models—these furnaces support precise temperature control and are suitable for both small-scale material testing and continuous research applications.

Advanced PID intelligent regulation, temperature uniformity ±1℃, meets complex process requirements, remote control capability, KF flange dual O-ring sealing, compatible with vacuum and atmospheric environments, multiple protections including over-temperature, thermocouple breakage, over-current, ensuring stable equipment operation.

The system is equipped with an intelligent control system supporting 50-segment programmable settings, with optional computer remote control for data storage and analysis functions. The furnace body adopts a double-layer air-cooled structure, maintaining surface temperature below 45℃ to ensure operational safety.

The vacuum atmosphere tube furnace is a high-precision heat treatment equipment for high-end materials research, integrating vacuum processing and multi-atmosphere control. With modular design and intelligent gas control cabinet, it precisely regulates O₂, N₂, Ar, H₂, etc., meeting needs from basic research to industrial trial production.

Integrating high-precision temperature control and multi-functional operation, it is specially developed for scientific research experiments and industrial material processing. Through ±1°C precision temperature control technology and modular structural design, the product meets the full-process requirements from fundamental research to mass production development.

Optional: stainless steel, quartz glass, or corundum tube (standard: 99% corundum ceramic). Stainless steel KF flanges with double rubber gaskets ensure tight sealing. Silicon carbide rods around the tube (horizontal alignment) for uniform heating. Programmable control (50/22/8 sections), PID self-tuning, auto heating/insulation/cooling. Supports O₂, N₂, Ar, H₂, etc., for diverse atmospheres.

GWDL-SSR rotary kiln offers 950°C precision firing for ceramics, metallurgy, and materials processing. Features programmable touchscreen control, energy-saving insulation, and efficient rotary tube.
