Our laboratory tube furnaces are designed to provide stable and uniform heating environments for a wide range of experimental needs. Available in multiple configurations—including single-zone, multi-zone, split-type, and vertical-loading models—these furnaces support precise temperature control and are suitable for both small-scale material testing and continuous research applications.

GWDL-600QTR three-zone quartz rotary tube furnace with large-diameter design supports uniform heating up to 600℃. Features tilting and rotating functions, independent temperature zones, PID control, and dust-free operation for powders, ceramics, metallurgy, and high-purity materials.

Suitable for multiple fields such as ceramics and metallurgy, it adopts a quartz furnace tube + pure titanium seal, with a temperature control/uniformity of ±1℃. It supports the introduction of multiple gases and fully automatic operation, and has excellent thermal insulation performance.
