This 24-meter pusher plate sintering furnace is specially designed for the continuous high-temperature sintering of porous ceramic materials, such as those used in electronic cigarettes. Featuring a 1500℃ maximum temperature, 14 precise heating zones, and a hydraulic-driven pusher system, the furnace ensures stable temperature uniformity and efficient automation. It supports long-duration sintering cycles with fine-tuned thermal control and high material throughput.
