High Vacuum Furnace with Ultimate Vacuum Level 10⁻⁵ Pa

GWDL high vacuum furnace achieves an ultimate vacuum level down to 10⁻⁵ Pascal, providing an ultra-clean and oxidation-free environment ideal for sensitive material processing. Designed for research laboratories and high-tech industries, it enables precise heat treatment of metals, ceramics, and composites requiring contamination-free atmospheres.

Equipped with advanced vacuum pumping systems including turbomolecular and dry pumps, the furnace ensures rapid evacuation and stable ultra-high vacuum maintenance. The robust chamber and heating elements are optimized for uniform temperature distribution with precise control (±1°C), reaching temperatures up to 1800°C depending on configuration.

This furnace supports applications such as alloy annealing, sintering, brazing, and thin film deposition under ultra-high vacuum conditions. Modular design allows integration with gas introduction, load locks, and cooling systems.

 

The equipment is equipped with a loading table featuring lead screw lifting and optical axis guiding, with adjustable rotation and stirring functions. It adopts three-layer thermal insulation and air-cooling for temperature reduction, keeping the shell temperature ≤45℃. It supports 30-segment program temperature control and RS485 remote operation, with durable buttons equipped with indicator lights.

Featuring "2100℃ high temperature" and "fully automatic temperature control", it is equipped with tungsten sheet heating elements paired with a multi-layer metal reflective screen furnace lining, achieving a temperature control/constant temperature accuracy of ±1℃.

With a double-layer furnace body featuring water-cooled sealing, it uses tungsten/molybdenum rod heating and is equipped with Siemens PLC plus Yudian dual temperature control.

With tungsten sheet heating matched with a high-purity alumina furnace chamber, it features touch screen + PLC intelligent control and programmable temperature curves. The furnace shell temperature is ≤40℃, making it suitable for scientific research in colleges and universities as well as enterprise production

Designed for vacuum annealing of alloy/non-metallic materials, it adopts a "horizontal double-chamber" structure and "dual-system guarantee". It is configured with a one-drive-two electric control vacuum system; the two furnaces perform staggered heating to improve efficiency, and it is equipped with a backup power supply and fault self-diagnosis function.

With a power of 45KW, it adopts five-sided resistance wire heating and features a temperature control accuracy of ±1℃. Equipped with forced cooling and a vacuum system, it supports the introduction of various types of atmospheres. Suitable for material sintering, annealing, etc., it has a durable structure and is easy to operate.
