GWDL-VAF Series 1700℃ Vacuum Atmosphere Furnace

As shown in the figure, the GWDL-VAF Series 1700℃ Vacuum Atmosphere Furnace integrates a temperature control system, vacuum furnace chamber, vacuum pump, gas path, pressure protection, gas flow control, positive/negative pressure display, and water circulation pump. The water circulation tank is separated from the furnace body. The furnace lining is made of vacuum-formed high-purity lightweight alumina material.

It uses molybdenum wire as the heating element and is a specialized device developed for laboratories in colleges and universities, research institutes, as well as industrial and mining enterprises. It is designed for sintering, melting, analysis, and production of materials such as ceramics, metallurgy, electronics, glass, chemicals, machinery, refractory materials, new material development, special materials, building materials, metals, non-metals, and other compound materials.

The control panel is equipped with a touchscreen and PLC intelligent control system, enabling intelligent temperature adjustment. It controls the power supply, main heating operation, voltage, current, water pump, vacuum pump, gas flow, positive/negative pressure, pressure contact gauge, and valves—allowing real-time monitoring of the system’s working status. This product adopts reliable integrated circuits, ensuring a good working environment and strong anti-interference capability. The surface temperature of the furnace body is ≤40℃ even at the maximum temperature, significantly improving the working environment. With microcomputer program control, it supports programmable temperature curves and fully automatic heating/cooling. During operation, temperature control parameters and programs can be modified, offering flexibility, convenience, and simple operation.

The furnace chamber is entirely made of vacuum-formed high-purity lightweight alumina material, featuring high service temperature, low heat storage, resistance to rapid heating and cooling, and excellent thermal insulation performance. It has a reasonable structure with inner and outer double-layer furnace sleeves and air-cooled heat dissipation, which can greatly shorten the test cycle.

Pressure ProtectionDesigned to prevent hazards caused by closed exhaust port, blocked exhaust port, or excessive furnace chamber pressure. Principle: Signals are obtained by a pressure contact gauge or pressure sensor, which drives the control module to close the electromagnetic intake valve, activate the electromagnetic exhaust valve and alarm. Pressure is released through the exhaust port, and the sound and light alarm buzzer is triggered to ensure the normal operation of the furnace.

Control SystemAdopts closed-loop thyristor module trigger control with phase-shift trigger mode. Output voltage, current, or power is continuously adjustable, with constant voltage, constant current, or constant power characteristics. The current loop is the inner loop, and the voltage loop is the outer loop. When a sudden load is applied or the load current exceeds the current limit, the output current of the voltage regulator is limited within the rated current range to ensure the normal operation of the output and voltage regulator. Meanwhile, the voltage loop also participates in regulation to maintain the stability of output current and voltage within the rated current range (with sufficient adjustment margin). This protects the heating element from excessive current and voltage impact, achieving safe, reliable control and high control accuracy.
