As shown in the figure, the GWDL-VAF Series 1700℃ Vacuum Atmosphere Furnace integrates a temperature control system, vacuum furnace chamber, vacuum pump, gas path, pressure protection, gas flow control, positive/negative pressure display, and water circulation pump. The water circulation tank is separated from the furnace body. The furnace lining is made of vacuum-formed high-purity lightweight alumina material.
It uses molybdenum wire as the heating element and is a specialized device developed for laboratories in colleges and universities, research institutes, as well as industrial and mining enterprises. It is designed for sintering, melting, analysis, and production of materials such as ceramics, metallurgy, electronics, glass, chemicals, machinery, refractory materials, new material development, special materials, building materials, metals, non-metals, and other compound materials.
The control panel is equipped with a touchscreen and PLC intelligent control system, enabling intelligent temperature adjustment. It controls the power supply, main heating operation, voltage, current, water pump, vacuum pump, gas flow, positive/negative pressure, pressure contact gauge, and valves—allowing real-time monitoring of the system’s working status. This product adopts reliable integrated circuits, ensuring a good working environment and strong anti-interference capability. The surface temperature of the furnace body is ≤40℃ even at the maximum temperature, significantly improving the working environment. With microcomputer program control, it supports programmable temperature curves and fully automatic heating/cooling. During operation, temperature control parameters and programs can be modified, offering flexibility, convenience, and simple operation.
The furnace chamber is entirely made of vacuum-formed high-purity lightweight alumina material, featuring high service temperature, low heat storage, resistance to rapid heating and cooling, and excellent thermal insulation performance. It has a reasonable structure with inner and outer double-layer furnace sleeves and air-cooled heat dissipation, which can greatly shorten the test cycle.
