High-Temperature Trolley-Type Resistance Furnace: Structure and Characteristics
The high-temperature trolley-type resistance furnace is a national standard energy-saving periodic operation industrial furnace. It takes a trolley that can enter and exit from the bottom as the main loading carrier, and is a heat treatment equipment with heating elements on both sides, bottom, front and rear. The furnace body of the high-temperature trolley-type resistance furnace has an energy-saving structure and adopts different furnace chamber masonry and installation methods. There is a composite furnace chamber insulation composed of ultra-light energy-saving bricks and high-purity aluminum silicate fiber insulation; there is also a full-fiber furnace lining insulation structure. The furnace mouth generally uses anti-impact bricks, and the trolley and furnace door are automatically sealed. Below, we will detail the characteristics of the high-temperature trolley-type resistance furnace.
- Both the trolley movement and the furnace door lifting are electric or manually pushed. Compared with ordinary furnaces, it has lower labor intensity and saves time and effort.
- Most high-temperature trolley-type sintering furnaces adopt a new type of composite furnace lining, which stores less heat and heats evenly. Compared with old products, it saves more than 20% energy.
- A special sealing structure is adopted between the furnace door and the panel of the trolley furnace, which results in less heat loss and atmosphere loss, and stable furnace gas.
- A circulating fan and air guiding system can be added according to different requirements of users.
- The trolley can be made into a hydraulic or mechanical tilting type, which is easy to operate.
- The adoption of effective sealing measures, a low-oxidation device and anti-permeation and anti-embrittlement electric heating elements can ensure the achievement of low-oxidation purposes.
