Complete Fire Assay Laboratory System Turnkey

The furnace body undergoes numerical control machining with anti-corrosion spraying. It features an air-cooled double-layer structure, with the outer shell temperature ≤ 45℃. The furnace lining is made of high-purity alumina lightweight material. Equipped with silicon carbide rods for heating on both sides and a Pt-Rh S thermocouple for temperature measurement, it supports rapid heating at 30℃/min. The electrically and pneumatically operated top-opening furnace door is equipped with foot pedal control. It comes with 310S stainless steel sampling tongs, a furnace loading cart, and cast iron sample melting molds, ensuring convenient and safe operation.

The GWL-LBFS series 1000-degree fire assay electric furnace is presented as follows. It has a split design for the control system and the furnace chamber. The furnace lining is made of high-purity alumina via a vacuum forming process.

  Applications of the fire assay electric furnace: Fire assay is a part of exploration geochemistry. Exploration geochemistry (EG) uses chemical principles for mineral exploration. Its purpose is to use chemical methods to assist in determining the geographical location of sedimentary deposits and the extension range of the discovered deposits. EG involves the analysis of the following samples: core samples, rocks, sediments, soil, glacial debris, or vegetation, etc.

Ash Blowing Observation Window1) The observation window is located on the automatically opening furnace door, size 50x80mm.
2) Structure from inside to outside: stainless steel mirror panel + double-layer heat-insulating glass + camera bracket + dual cooling fans.
3) Heat-insulating glass is easily detachable for replacement due to damage or contamination.
4) The stainless steel mirror panel is closed by default and opens automatically when observation is needed; the camera observes the furnace interior through double-layer heat-insulating glass.
5) Air cooling is used between the double-layer heat-insulating glass and the camera to reduce heat radiation temperature, ensuring the camera works below 70°C.
Ash Blowing MethodAsh blowing without opening the door; internal ventilation and oxygen supply pipeline with an air inlet at the lower part of the furnace back; a high-pressure fan with a flow control valve is used to control air intake and adjust ash blowing speed.
