Protection (2)To prevent dangers caused by closed or blocked exhaust ports and excessive pressure in the furnace tube, this system is specially designed. Principle: Signals are obtained by electric contact pressure gauges or pressure sensors to drive the control module to close the electromagnetic intake valve, start the electromagnetic exhaust valve and alarm, thus protecting the normal operation of the electric furnace.
Control MethodUses closed-loop thyristor module trigger control (phase-shift trigger or zero-crossing trigger mode). Output voltage, current, or power is continuously adjustable with constant voltage, current, or power characteristics. The current loop is the inner loop and the voltage loop is the outer loop. When the load is suddenly applied or exceeds the current limit, the output current is limited within the rated range to protect heating elements from excessive current/voltage impact, ensuring safe and reliable control effect and precision.

Temperature Curve SettingAdopts intelligent temperature controller with multiple regulation modes (standard PID, artificial intelligence adjustment APID, MPT, etc.), featuring self-tuning and self-learning functions, no overshoot/undershoot, and 30-segment program control. It supports arbitrary slope heating/cooling control, with programmable commands (jump/cycle, run, pause, stop) and allows in-operation program modification. Equipped with AI adjustment algorithm with curve fitting function for smooth curve control.
Multiple Curve Input30-segment program control (50 segments customizable): 30 (50) segments for one curve, 14 (28) segments each for two curves, 9 (15) segments each for three curves, 5 (9) segments each for five curves. Multiple curves can be input simultaneously and called arbitrarily.
Communication InterfaceThe electric furnace is equipped with an RS485 communication interface with a communication distance of up to 1600 meters. It can be controlled by a computer for starting, pausing, stopping, setting/reading heating curves, and parameter adjustment, with high reliability and easy operation. The computer display shows rich content, including measured value, set value, output value, segment time, segment number, heating curve, and power percentage curve. Heating curves can be stored in the computer, called arbitrarily, and modified (set values and common parameters). Historical curves and reports can be saved for a long time with selectable time intervals (1s-1h).

Notes

1. To avoid affecting the service life of the electric furnace, it is recommended that the maximum heating and cooling rate be 10-20℃/min (excessively fast heating at high temperatures will shorten the service life of heating elements).

2. After using this hot press furnace for a period of time, tiny cracks may appear in the furnace chamber, which is a normal phenomenon and will not affect use. It can be repaired with an alumina coating.

3. It is not recommended to introduce corrosive gases; if strong corrosive gases such as S and Na need to be introduced, please inform us in advance, and we will perform special treatment on the furnace chamber.

4. High-temperature solutions must not leak onto the furnace bottom; a backing plate or alumina powder can be used for isolation to avoid this.

5. The instrument should be placed in a well-ventilated and dry place.
