Notes | 1. To avoid affecting the service life of the electric furnace, it is recommended that the maximum heating and cooling rate be 10-20℃/min (excessively fast heating at high temperatures will shorten the service life of heating elements). 2. After using this hot press furnace for a period of time, tiny cracks may appear in the furnace chamber, which is a normal phenomenon and will not affect use. It can be repaired with an alumina coating. 3. It is not recommended to introduce corrosive gases; if strong corrosive gases such as S and Na need to be introduced, please inform us in advance, and we will perform special treatment on the furnace chamber. 4. High-temperature solutions must not leak onto the furnace bottom; a backing plate or alumina powder can be used for isolation to avoid this. 5. The instrument should be placed in a well-ventilated and dry place. |
