Product Introduction
The GWDL-1050SSR-LD1430-6000 is a high-capacity intermittent rotary kiln featuring a liftable furnace tube, designed for precision calcination and sintering of bulk materials in ceramics, metallurgy, electronics, chemicals, refractories, advanced materials, and related industries. Its adjustable tube inclination, variable rotation speed, and automated feeding/cooling functions enable efficient, repeatable processing in a fully programmable environment, with high thermal uniformity and optional atmosphere control.
Working Process
Feeding Stage
The stainless steel screw feeder automatically delivers material into the high-temperature furnace tube.
Feeding is PLC-controlled with a limit switch; once the set volume is reached, the system stops automatically.
Positioning & Heating
After feeding, the furnace tube angle is adjusted to the processing position.
Heating elements (SiC rods) are activated in top-and-bottom zones, with PID temperature control for each section.
Atmosphere gases (O₂, N₂, or Ar) can be introduced depending on process requirements.
Calcination / Sintering
The tube rotation speed (1–10 r/min) ensures even material exposure to heat.
Temperature precision of ±1°C guarantees uniform thermal treatment across the entire batch.
Cooling Stage
After the heating cycle, the tube is tilted to transfer material to the cooling section.
The double-layer shell and forced-air cooling system maintain an external temperature ≤45°C, protecting operators and equipment.
Discharge
Material is discharged once the target cooling temperature is reached.
The furnace tube is returned to its starting position for the next batch.
